ANOTHER FANTASTIC NIGHT IN WOLVERHAMPTON!!

Great to see some wonderful games played during the Wolverhampton Sunday League this week with all teams in attendance and accounted for. 

It was also great to welcome new teams 'Ketch Ke Fc' and 'Darrens Social Club' who both ran out winners in there first games. Welcome and good luck for the season ahead!

The game of the night in the Premier DIvision goes to the first game of the night between last seasons Division One champions 'No Food No Farmers FC' and '50 Shades Of Andy Gray'. A low scoring affair that was tight throughout but 'No Farmers No Food FC' were able to nick it 1-0. Two out of two to start the season means they carry on where they left off in Division, next up a top of the table clash against 'Atletico V.2'.

Division One game of the night goes to the game between new team 'Ketch Ke FC' and 'ZeroTolerance'. 5 goals and great play shown throughout saw the new team come through 3-2 but it could have been so different if a few more chances were scored for either side. Can the new team continue the winning form going into a game against the other new team 'Darrens Social Club'?

'Atletico V.2' are our team of the week. Two impressive displays to start the season has put them top of the Premier Division with two wins out of two. In a very tight league it will be interesting to see who comes out as league champions this season.
