BRILLIANT NIGHT OF 6-A-SIDE IN WOLVERHAMPTON!

A fantastic night of 6-a-side football in the Wolverhampton Sunday League. 

It was however very disappointing that 'Darren's Social Club' were unable to fulfil their fixture. The team captain  has already been contacted and confirmed that they will be back for the games next week. It is paramount that all teams are present for each and every fixture and if not try their hardest to contact the area manager in a sufficient amount of time in order for the league to run smoothly and effectively each week. 

Game of the night in the Premier Division this week goes to the game between 'FC Porto Cabin' and 'SLR McLaren'. In a very high quality game it was 'SLR McLaren' who were able to bounce back from there poor start to the season and best their opponents in a 3-1 victory. 'SLR McLaren' will be looking to continue this form as they head into a fixture against 'No Farmers No Food FC' next week.

Division One game of the night was the game between 'Warstones FC' and 'KFC Munchers'. A fantastic display from 'KFC Munchers' saw them come out on top over league veterans 'Warstones FC' 6-1. With this result they now climb up to 2nd and are looking to push for promotion as the season continues.

'KFC Munchers' are also our team of the week win their win above. They really are settling into the league nicely now and are becoming a difficult team to beat. Next up they face 'ZeroTolerance' and will be looking to continue there fine start.
