TWO TO GO IN WOLVERHAMPTON!

A brilliant night in the Wolverhampton Sunday League played at Khalsa Academy.

We did unfortunately have two non-attendances as 'SLR McLaren' and 'Ketch Ke FC' were unable to fulfil their fixtures. The league will be in contact with 'SLR McLaren' to confirm there return this week, however as this is the second non-attendance of 'Ketch Ke FC' in a row, as per the terms of conditions they will now be removed from the league with immediate. Although it opens up a space in the league it is paramount that all teams try there hardest to get a team out each and every week in order for the league to run as smoothly as possible.

Game of the night in the Premier Division this week goes to the game between the top two 'Athletico V.2' and 'No Farmers No Food FC'. A fantastic game played out by both teams as they battled each other for the bragging rights between the two teams but it was 'Athletico V.2' who winning streak came to an end as 'No Farmers No Food FC' leapfrogged them into top spot. With two games to go they are in the prime spot to take the title, can they do it?

Division One game of the week this week is the game between 'KFC Munchers' and 'Warstones FC'. Two closely matched teams that played out a highly entertaining game that saw both teams not being able to be split in a thrilling 3-3 draw. With this result 'KFC Munchers' keep there runners up spot and are looking to hold onto when they face 'ZeroTolerance' next week.

'50 Shades Of Andy Gray' are our team of the week as they beat there rivals 'Bxllers Clxb' 4-1. With this win they are third and looking for a strong finish to the season, can they keep up this scoring form going into next weeks games?
