WOLVERHAMPTON SUNDAY 6 A SIDE BREAKIING NEWS 7TH AUGUST 2022

All the latest news for the Wolverhampton Sunday 6-a-side League is direct from Khalsa Academy.

A fantastic night of action in the Wolverhampton Sunday League. Unfortunately we did have one non-attendance as 'ZeroTolerance' were unable to fulfil there fixture. The team have confirmed there return to the league this coming week but it is paramount teams are at the league each and every week in order to make the experience the best it can be. If there are any problems with this then please contact your Area Manager at the earliest convenience in order to allow the league to run as smoothly as possible.

In more positive news, the game of the evening resulted in a superb 1-1 draw between 'The Wolfpac' and '50 Shades of Andy Gray' as both teams went hell for leather against each other to get the victory. Despite this, neither could outscore the other showing excellent examples of defensive displays. With this result it now means that 'Red Terror V6' are now one point clear with four games to go meaning its all to play for with a few weeks left to go.

The team of the week for this evenings league is given to top spot 'Red Terror V6' as they beat their opponents 'PSV Hangovers' with an incredible team performance with their being 4 separate goal scorers with one of them scoring 4! This result for 'Red Terror V6' extended their place at the top of the league with just 4 weeks remaining. Can they continue this form all the way and take the title?
