WOLVERHAMPTON SUNDAY 6 A SIDE BREAKING NEWS 12TH FEBRUARY

An excellent evening of entertainment in the Khalsa Academy Wolverhampton Sunday League with all teams in attendance as expected. 

Unfortunately we did have an incident in the game between '50 Shades of Andy Gray' and 'Bostin Bliston'. One of the '50 Shades of Andy Gray' players was sent for the field of play due to a headdbutt on an opposition player, the player in question has been fined £20 and permanently banned from the league because of this. It is paramount all teams follow the rules of the league and anyone who fails to do this will be dealt with swiftly and accordingly.

In more positive news, the game of the evening this week was between 'Coseley Boys' and 'PSV Hangovers' as the game ended in a 3-3 deadlock draw between the two sides who pushed each other to their limits. With the quality on show and the high tempo of the game it will be interesting to see where both teams finish up come the end of the season. Who will come out on top when the two teams meet again later in the season?

The team of the week this week is given to 'Unathletic Madrid' after their excellent result against 'Tekkerini' winning the game 4-1 in a highly entertaining game. Two games into the new season and they will be looking to build on this when they face 'Red Terror V6' next week, who will come out on top?
