WOLVERHAMPTON SUNDAY 6 A SIDE BREAKING NEWS 17th JULY

All the latest news for the Wolverhampton Sunday 6-a-side League is direct from Khalsa Academy.

A fantastic night of action in the Wolverhampton Sunday League with some fantastic games throughout.

Unfortunately we did have one non-attendance as 'Angry Birds FC' were unable to fulfil there fixture. We will be in contact with them in the coming days to confirm there return next week. It is paramount that all teams are present for there fixture each and every week, if any team is having any problems please contact your Area Manager at the earliest convenience so the league can operate as smoothly as possible each and every week.

The league kicked on as they hit 7 games into the season in the magnificent weather and football. The game of the evening was played between league rivals 'PSV Hangovers' and 'Bench Odds XI' as the game resulted in a 3-2 victory for 'PSV Hangovers' as they picked up their first win of the season thanks to 2 goals from Jack Mays. They will be looking to kick on as we head into the second half of the season and a game against 'ZeroTolerance' next week.

'PSV Hangovers' are also our team of the evening with the fantastic performance they had for the week. As the weeks go on they will be looking to climb the table and hope to claw back some of the ground lost in the first half of the season.
