Another great night of action in the Khalsa Academy Wolverhampton 6-a-side league with all teams in attendance as expected. 

We had numerous games of excellent action, the game of the evening was another important win for 'Bench Odds XI' as they beat 'Angry Birds FC' 3-2 in a thriller of a game where the ball went end to end in search of the back of the net. Despite the loss 'Angry Birds FC' gave an excellent account of themselves as they pushed the second place team right to the limit. It was however Jatin Sharma who scored a brace for 'Bench Odds XI' and an MVP performance as he secured the victory for his team. 

The team of the week this week is given to 'KFC Munchers' as they were crowned champions of the league for this season with only 2 losses in 19 games which is an excellent record. However this weeks 3-1 win against '50 Shades Of Andy Gray' was an all round team effort against a very good opponent which shows what a well drilled side they are and they will be looking to finish the season off in style.
